During the COVID pandemic, companies increasingly recognized the criticality of workplace mental health and its impact on employee wellbeing. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide, and Accenture research shows that 69 percent of people have personally experienced mental health conditions at some point in their lives. This webinar will facilitate a discussion among APAC companies on fostering a culture of mental wellness and psychological safety, and strategies to support employees in need.
