Webinar:Advancing Accommodations to Achieve Global Inclusion

Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - 9am - 10am Eastern

The foundation of workplace accommodations stems from the United States and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), however disability inclusion has become an increasingly important focus globally. While the framework of the ADA provides a good starting point in many cases, companies operating in locations beyond the U.S. – or independent of any U.S. operations whatsoever – require job adjustment and accommodation policies and procedures that honor the spirit of the ADA while transcending some of its cultural and practical limitations. This webinar will feature perspectives from companies that are at various stages of development of a global accommodations policy, including those in the early stages of strategic development and those with well-defined programs that offer best practices to be shared.

Moderator:

  • Yves Veulliet, Associate Director Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Kyndryl
